1. Booking and Payment

1.1. Reservation: Full payment must be completed before the start of the safari.

1.2. Payment Options: Full Payment/Partial Payment

  • Full Payment due upon receipt of invoice.

  • 50% Deposit due upon receipt of invoice

  • 50% Balance due 30 days before Safari start date.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellation by Guest:

  • 100% refund (less fees): Within 7 Days of Booking.

  • 50% refund (less fees): Within 30 Days of Booking.

  • No refund: After 30 Days of booking.

2.2. Cancellation by Company: If we need to cancel your safari due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or an alternative tour option, as per your preference.

Note: Fees include all charges for hotel, airline bookings, activities, and cancellation service charges.

3. Changes to Itinerary

3.1. Company Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives if necessary.

3.2. Guest Changes: Any changes requested by you after confirmation may incur additional charges. Please notify us as soon as possible.

4. Travel Insurance

4.1. Requirement: It is strongly recommended that guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost or stolen property.

5. Responsibilities

5.1. Health and Safety: Guests are responsible for their own health and well-being. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements before departure.

5.2. Behavior: Guests are expected to follow the guidelines set by our guides and adhere to all safety and environmental regulations. We reserve the right to terminate the safari of any guest who does not comply with these guidelines.

6. Liability

6.1. Company Liability: We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the safari. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6.2. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, or other emergencies.

7. Complaints

7.1. Resolution: If you have any complaints during the safari, please inform your guide or a member of our team immediately so that we can address the issue promptly.
